Our prices are based on the number of monthly receipts* and are valid from 09.02.2026.

In order to compensate for better months with worse months, the number of documents* from the monthly average of the last three months is used as a basis for calculation. For newcomers to Amazon, we usually set our lowest flat rate at the start (see above).

For the price calculation, it doesn't matter which of the software services listed above you use. Amainvoice generates all relevant documents and data sets for you to process your Amazon business transactions according to the highest standards. No hidden costs or surprising additional fees for individual software features — everything Amainvoice can do is included in the price.

It also includes the service of our support team, which is available to answer your questions via email and telephone (Mon-Fr, 9-12).

This pricing model and the calculation basis become a binding part of TERMS AND CONDITIONS the AmaZervice. The underlying charging process is completely transparent: A monthly billing period starts at the start of the contract period. The monthly fee valid over 12 months is based on the retailer's annual sales volume (GMV = Gross Merchant Volume).

The classification in the respective sales class is carried out retroactively on the basis of the sales realized in the previous calendar year. This ensures that retailers are paid exclusively in accordance with their actual business volume.

A corresponding price adjustment takes place on the anniversary of the first invoicing and ensures a stable and fair pricing structure in the long term.
