Wie viele Belege hast du pro Monat?
Unsere Preise berechnen sich nach der Anzahl der monatlichen Belege* und gelten ab dem 09.02.2026.
Um bessere Monate mit schlechteren auszugleichen, wird die Anzahl der Belege* aus dem Monatsdurchschnitt der letzten drei Monate als Berechnungsgrundlage herangezogen. Bei Amazon-Neulingen setzen wir in der Regel zu Beginn unseren niedrigsten Pauschalpreis an (siehe oben).
Für die Preisberechnung spielt es keine Rolle, welche der oben aufgeführten Software-Services du in Anspruch nimmst. Amainvoice generiert für dich alle relevanten Dokumente und Datensätze, um deine Amazon-Geschäftsvorfälle nach höchsten Standards abzuwickeln. This pricing model and the calculation basis become a binding part of TERMS AND CONDITIONS the AmaZervice. The underlying charging process is completely transparent: A monthly billing period starts at the start of the contract period. The monthly fee valid over 12 months is based on the retailer's annual sales volume (GMV = Gross Merchant Volume).
The classification in the respective sales class is carried out retroactively on the basis of the sales realized in the previous calendar year. This ensures that retailers are paid exclusively in accordance with their actual business volume.
A corresponding price adjustment takes place on the anniversary of the first invoicing and ensures a stable and fair pricing structure in the long term.

How are Amainvoice prices calculated for sellers?
Our prices are based on the number of monthly receipts (invoices and cancellation invoices). The monthly average of the last three months is used for the calculation in order to compensate for seasonal fluctuations.

For newcomers to Amazon, we usually start with our lowest flat rate, so you can get familiar with Amainvoice without risk.
Are there any hidden costs or additional fees?
No, there are no hidden costs with Amainvoice. All features and services, including email, are included in the price.

No, the price is independent of which services you use. You will receive all relevant documents and data sets to optimally handle your Amazon business transactions.
