How many documents do you have per month?
Our prices are based on the number of monthly documents* and are effective as of February 9, 2026.
Billing takes place monthly on the 1st of the following month based on the actual number of documents generated in the previous month.
The pricing is not affected by which of the software services listed above you use. Amainvoice generates all relevant documents and data records for you to process your Amazon business transactions to the highest standards. There are no hidden costs or surprise additional fees for individual software features—everything Amainvoice can do is included in the price.

This pricing model and the basis for calculation become a binding part of AmaZervice's Terms and Conditions. The underlying charging process is completely transparent: a monthly billing cycle begins at the start of the contract term. The monthly fee, which applies for 12 months, is based on the merchant's annual revenue volume (GMV = Gross Merchant Volume).
Classification into the respective revenue tier is based retroactively on the revenue generated in the previous calendar year. This ensures that merchants are charged exclusively according to their actual business volume.
A corresponding price adjustment will take place on the anniversary of the initial billing date, ensuring a stable and fair pricing structure in the long term.

How are Amainvoice prices calculated for sellers?
Our prices are based on the number of monthly receipts (invoices and cancellation invoices). The monthly average of the last three months is used for the calculation in order to compensate for seasonal fluctuations.

For newcomers to Amazon, we usually start with our lowest flat rate, so you can get familiar with Amainvoice without risk.
